Returns & Refund Policy
1. General Returns – Standard Stock Products
We accept returns on standard stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused
- The product is undamaged
- Original packaging is intact
- The item is in resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be issued after inspection and confirmation that the goods meet return conditions.
2. Custom-Made / Cut-to-Size / Made-to-Order Products
Products that are:
- Cut to customer measurements
- Cut from bulk rolls specifically for an order
- Manufactured or prepared to order
- Altered or customised from standard stock
are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product is:
- Defective at delivery
- Incorrectly supplied due to our error
Once cutting or preparation begins, cancellation is not permitted.
By placing an order for custom products, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
3. Installed Products
We do not accept returns on products that have been:
- Installed
- Partially installed
- Modified
- Combined with other materials
Installation constitutes acceptance of the product condition.
We strongly advise customers to inspect goods carefully before installation.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographic evidence
- Do not install or modify the product
We will assess the claim and, where valid, arrange replacement, repair, or refund.
Failure to report within this timeframe may limit your entitlement to remedy.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
Where applicable, customers retain rights to repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.
6. Risk & Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to:
- The value of the goods supplied
- Replacement of defective goods
- Refund of the purchase price where appropriate
We are not liable for:
- Incorrect installation
- Improper site preparation
- External damage
- Product failure caused by misuse
- Damage resulting from third-party contractors
We strongly recommend professional installation for technical materials such as pond liners and geomembranes.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days.
